Job Title: Clinical Research Associate

Hours/Week: 09:00 a.m. - 05:00 p.m.
Job Duties:
Maintain scalable processes for exporting, translating and loading data. Migrate and build multiple projects in REDCap. Build pipelines for efficient data management including linkage to relational databases (SQL). Creates these processes, document them, and advise other team members on best practices. This directly supports the roles of other analytic team members in the department and facilitates data-driven decision-making. Foster collaboration and communication across teams by developing and curating interactive data dictionaries, which make it easier for users to access and understand data definitions, contributing to more effective teamwork. Improve data organization and accessibility for the department. Build and deploy front end dashboards (i.e. Shiny app) for Quality Assurance (QA) purposes. Applications allow users to access data dynamically and in near real-time from underlying databases. Work cross functionally with other team members and utilize analytic knowledge to improve coding practice across a variety of coding languages (SAS, python, and R). Utilizes deep familiarity with data elements collected across numerous versions of the Society for Thoracic Surgeons Adult Cardiac Surgery registry to map and derive variables, and produce analysis ready datasets. Perform big data analysis using Microsoft SQL server and Azure cloud computing; manage EMS and CMS data for Spatiotemporal analysis.
Requirements: Master's degree in Public Health, Information Systems or Biostatistics AND One (1) Year of experience as a Data Analyst and/or Data Analyst Intern.
Prior experience must include experience performing big data analysis using Microsoft SQL server and Azure cloud computing and managing EMS and CMS data for Spatiotemporal
analysis.
