About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their executive leadership team. The CPO will be a strategic partner, advising on the alignment of people strategy with the firm's overall strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping and stewarding the company's talent philosophy, employee experience, and organizational culture. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, employer branding, and will be responsible for ensuring that the firm's values are reflected in all aspects of the employee experience.
