Insight Global is hiring for a REMOTE Change Manager to join a large streaming service client. This Remote Change Manager will be part of the Reliability & Performance team and will be responsible for managing the change process for the Direct-to-Consumer businesses client applications and related software services. This Remote Change Manager will oversee the Change Advisory Board, working with delivery teams and the Operations PMO to ensure that all system changes are scheduled and approved before implementation. On a day-to-day basis, this Remote Change Manager will be responsible for joining/participating in daily change and incident management calls, ensuring if a change ticket came in, if it is going through the right processes and channels, automating change tickets in ServiceNow, and giving recommendations on how dashboards can be improved and/or can be automated. Furthermore, this Remote Change Manager has to be comfortable working with technical and non-technical team members.

1+ years within change managementExperience working with the ticketing system service now
Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical team members
Strong communication
Ability to understand large complex software systems
Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a relevant field
