Carpenter’s Apprentice We are looking for our Fall 2021 class of Carpenter’s Apprentices to join our growing team of highly talented and successful carpenters. You will receive on the job training from a seasoned carpenter, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the position to ultimately become a lead carpenter yourself! • Arrive on time, load, and leave the factory at the established times to ensure an on-time installation.
• Review questions relating to the design with your supervisor or cut list personnel for clarity.
• Check each job for all parts needed to complete the installation on-time.
• Review any important aspects from the previous day’s job with your supervisor or the office.
• Ensure all parts required to complete the installation are loaded into the van.
• Ensure all installation equipment is well maintained and organized in the van.
• Ensure your vehicle is clean and well maintained.
• Set up and maintain a safe and clean work environment at your client’s home.
• Ensure all parts are high quality and chip free. Take pride in your work and keep the client informed of your progress.
• Work with cut list/engineering to ensure all installer instructions were clear and understandable
• Report any client feedback to the Designer/Service Coordinator/Office Manager/Owner as necessary.
• Attend safety committee meetings.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED No experience necessary Ability to stand and lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift. Driver’s license preferred but not necessary Bilingual a plus.
