Responsiblefordataanalysisanddatatranslationbetweenproprietaryandstandardfileformats.Utilizessystemsanddatatoresolvebusinessissuesinthemosteffectiveandproductivemanner.
Responsiblefordocumentingandimplementingthefunctionalrequirements,technicalspecificationsandtemplatedocumentationdesignsforclient ’ sbusinessneedswhileprovidingexpertiseinproductknowledgeandfeature/functionalityasitrelatestobusinessrequirements.
Responsibleforreviewingcomplexdatafiles,creatingmappingdocuments,interpretingclientrequirementsandprovidingguidanceonbestpractices.
UtilizeSQLdatabasestoanalyzeinputs/outputsinordertoidentifycodingissuesand/orchangesneeded.
Abilitytospeaktotheinternalbusinessproduct ’ stechnicalcapabilitieswhileunderstandingclientrequirementsinordertoprovidedirectionandguidancetobothexternalandinternalstakeholders.
Actasaliaisonbetweenteams,responsibleforsystemenhancementanddefectsubmissionsandcorrectionconfirmationinconjunctionwiththeQATeam.Performvalidationsforallsystemdevelopment.
Developandmaintaineffective,strongworkingrelationshipswithnewandexistingclients.
Abilitytoeffectivelycommunicatewithclientsincludingexecutivelevelstakeholders,technicalandnon - technicalresources.Musthavehighlevelofprofessionalpoiseandcomfortwithleadingdiscussionswithclientdecisionmakers,end - usersandITprofessionals.
Collaboratewithinternaldepartmentsincludinginformationtechnologytodeveloporenhanceexistingclientproductsincludingdocumentingbusinessrequirements,ensuringtechnologymeetsbusinessrequirements,conductvalidationprocesses,performtestinginconjunctionwiththeQATeam,andcreatingenduserdocumentationandtraining.
Identifyandimplementopportunitiesforimprovementsandescalateissuesforresolutionasneeded.
Musthavedemonstratedabilitytoaskquestionsofthebusiness,formulateactionplans,andexecuteanddeliversuccessfulprojectsindependentlyandofhighquality.
Attimes,maymanagetheimplementationofnewpaymentdeliverytechnologyprojectsincludingdevelopingimplementationprojectplansappropriateforeachclient,incoordinationwiththeProjectManagementTeam.Manageongoingstatusmeetingsandcommunicationwithclientstoensurethattheimplementationprojectismovingforwardinamannerconsistentwiththeprojectplan.Coordinatesresolutionofclientissuesandconcerns.
Participateininternaldailystandupmeetings,relatedtotheprojectsyouareinvolvedin.
AchievepropercadenceanddisciplineasrelatedtotheprojectteamintheSoftwareDevelopmentLifecycle ; contributingdailythroughtheAgileMethodology
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+yearsofexperienceinaBusiness,Data,orSystemsAnalystorrelatedrole.
WorkingknowledgeandexperiencewithSQLdatabasesrequired.ExperiencewithCrystalReportspreferred.MustbeabletowriteSQLqueries.
Knowledgeorexperienceinpaymentprocessingsystems,insurance,claimssystems,clientsupport,clientorsystemsimplementations,EDI,and/orhealthcareareplussesbutnotrequired.
ExperienceandknowledgeofAgileMethodologiessuchasKANBANandScrumispreferred.
Excellentworkethic,leadershipskills,interpersonalandorganizationalskills.
Stronganalysis,criticalthinkingandproblem -solvingskills.
Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinafastpaced,results - orientedenvironment.
Abilitytoworkindependentlyinsolvingbusinessproblems.
