You will join our dynamic & international EU brand marketing team to develop creative ideas for & manage influencer campaigns, marketing ambassador partnerships, advertising campaigns, and participate in events pitching the Withings brand & products with the marketing team as needed. This role also requires applying cultural knowledge of the German influencer & advertising landscape. The goal is to increase brand awareness and drive consideration for key products and new launches. This central role in the marketing team focuses on the French, German, and UK markets, with potential involvement in Australian & Indian markets. Native German language skills, along with intermediate to fluent French and English, are highly encouraged. Areas of responsibility: Discover new influencers & ambassadors across regions aligning with brand strategy and budget. Manage daily operations with influencers, ambassadors, and advertising campaigns. Assist in executing “live shopping” marketing campaigns. Participate in pitching the brand and products in French, German, and English at events and tradeshows across Europe, including Paris. Lead annual production of a keynote video to announce new products across digital channels prior to launch. Collaborate with the marketing team (brand, retail, paid media, web, CRM, studio, content) to meet performance goals. Additional responsibilities include: Reporting KPIs and providing insights for future marketing strategies. Researching market trends and consumer insights for business cases and briefs. Creating POs for marketing expenses and coordinating with finance for payments. This role will directly impact the company's success in Europe and globally. Minimum requirements include: Bachelor's & master's degree with marketing experience including project management. Intermediate to fluent French and English; native German speakers are highly valued. Comfortable in an international environment. Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude, with a collaborative spirit. Rigor and drive for excellence, capable of working autonomously. Creative and analytical mindset. Flexibility across various projects. Proficiency in creating high-quality post-event analyses and presentations using tools like Google Slides, Sheets, Figma, Notion, Canva. Willingness to travel for sales and marketing events.
