Automotive Parts Counter Person

$20 – $26 Per Hour + Commission & Performance Bonuses

Are you experienced in retail parts sales and ready to take your career to the next level? A well-established dealership in the Long Island / Nassau County, NY area is looking for a Parts Counter Person to join our high-volume automotive parts department. Whether your experience comes from automotive, RV, powersports, marine, or another parts-related industry , we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist service technicians and retail customers with accurate parts orders
• Deliver excellent customer service at the counter, by phone, and online
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely parts availability
• Process warranty claims and returns efficiently
• Work closely with service advisors and the parts manager to support department operations

 

  What We’re Looking For:

• Retail parts experience required (Automotive preferred; RV, Powersports, Marine, or related industry experience welcome)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory and handle multiple requests efficiently
• Basic computer skills for parts ordering systems and inventory management
• Valid driver’s license and good record
