Salary: $55k - $85k + (based on experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with day-to-day business including answering phones, entering data into CCC, assisting customers, etc.
• Reviewing damaged vehicles with customers and insurance adjusters
• Writing accurate, profitable damage reports and taking required photos for insurance submission and electronic filing
• Negotiating initial and supplemental repairs with insurance company representatives
• Ordering parts for repair orders
• Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, insurance adjusters and rental companies on the status of vehicle repairs
• Maintain exceptional customer service
• Cover out-of-office managers and estimators within the company during vacations/time off at all locations
• Help diagnose potential production issues within the shop
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Valid and clean driver’s license (required)
• 3+ years Collision Estimating experience (preferred)
• Experience with CCC estimating system (preferred)
• I-Car training (preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements (preferred)
