Role: Assistant, Physical Production
Compensation: Base ($47,000-$52,000 range) + Overtime ($8,000-$9,750) + Performance-Based Bonus (up to $3,000)

We're currently seeking a Physical Production Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our Feature Physical Production team. This position requires a meticulous individual with exceptional organizational skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, possess strong communication abilities, and demonstrate proficiency in collaborating with diverse personalities. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you'll ensure seamless operations in our fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities: Administrative Support - Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence.
- Arrange travel accommodations and reconcile expenses.
- Anticipate and prepare meeting materials.
- Act as a liaison between executives and contacts.
- Independently manage clerical tasks and follow-ups.
Logistics Coordination - Coordinate complex schedules across multiple time zones.
- Assist with departmental budget management and expense records.
- Support special projects and provide valuable assistance.
- Compile and distribute meeting notes as required.
Team Support - Provide support to the Feature Physical Production team.
- Maintain communication channels between various levels of management.
- Ensure seamless operations and adapt to changing priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and diplomacy in all tasks.
Requirements: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Previous experience in Talent Agency, Management Company, Production, or Production Company preferred.
- Genuine interest in Feature Film Physical Production and a desire to contribute to its success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with demonstrated experience.
- Basic knowledge of set production workflow; previous on-set experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional logistical skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy in all tasks.
- Flexibility to work overtime with short notice.
