Responsibilities:
Your specific mix of tasks will progress based on your skill and the needs of the operation. Key duties include:
Product Assembly: Use small tools and equipment to accurately assemble and package various components.
Technical Interpretation: Read and understand blueprints, control plans, manufacturing plans, and visual aids to ensure correct assembly.
Quality & Testing: Perform a variety of testing, including pressure, functional, visual, dielectric, and flow testing, following established procedures.
Part Marking: Apply part marking using rubber stamps, computer-controlled machines, and other methods as specified by blueprints.
Documentation: Accurately log your time and document all completed work according to internal quality procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in 6S, Lean, and continual improvement initiatives to enhance the workspace and processes.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
Willingness to learn and grow within the Assembly function (II to III).
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm
