Precision Assembler
Job Description
Join a leader in the manufacturing of electrical feedthroughs and opto-electronic windows as a Precision Assembler. You will be working in a semi-clean room environment, assembling small, precision metallic and ceramic components for use in medical, defense, and industrial applications. This role follows a 1st Shift 4/10 schedule from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities
Assemble parts according to work instructions and process procedures.
Carry out daily and weekly tasks efficiently.
Assist in troubleshooting and consult with experts when necessary.
Ensure high levels of on-time delivery and first-time quality.
Maintain a safe and clean working area.
Participate in required company training programs.
Essential Skills
1 year of production experience in small part assembly.
Experience using a microscope, especially in aerospace, electronic, or medical device contexts.
Proficiency in reading and writing English.
Ability to read and interpret SOPs, blueprints, and instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with medical device assembly and cleanroom procedures.
Familiarity with mechanical assembly, wiring, and schematics.
Comfortable working with niche products and processes that require time to master.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
