This is NOT an inbound customer service representative position.

The Position: Cultivate new opportunities by making outbound/ cold calls to schools to set appointments for demos and quotes for the Regional Business Manager, who sells innovative dry erase products mainly to the education market.

• Partnering with Regional Business Manager to grow sales territory
• Using Google Maps and Google Calendar to coordinate appointments that are set
• Responsible for customer follow-up to close sales
• Updating customer records as needed
• Maintain customer information in database

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year outbound call center
• Cold call experience (Preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Google Calendar, and CRM software, such as Act or Sage, and be able to navigate the internet and Google Maps with ease
• Ability to make high volume of outbound B2B calls daily
• Be able to persuade and influence as well as overcome objections
• Live within 30 minutes of Warminster, PA

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, Eligible for commission after 90 days
