Job Description Job Description Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Injector Phoenix, AZ Full-Time or Part-Time $60-$70/hr Bonus A growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to perform cosmetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators, fillers, biostimulants), weight loss and IV vitamin therapy treatments. Experience performing laser treatments is preferred but not required. We are a physician-owned medspa and our mission is to help clients look and feel their best through safe, effective, and personalized care in a welcoming environment. PTO Continuing education Employee discounts on services and products Flexible schedule Responsibilities: Perform advanced aesthetic treatments: cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators), weight loss, IV therapy, laser treatments Conduct consultations and develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure safe, effective results Educate patients on treatments, products, and post-care Encourage repeat and referral visits by building relationships with clientele Provide medical oversight for all services Collaborate with estheticians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional client experience. Maintain Laser Safety Officer certification (practice will pay for certification if necessary to obtain) Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance with state regulations. Assist in business growth through patient education and retention Some administrative duties Qualifications: Licensed NP in the state of Arizona, in good standing Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and assessment Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset Ability to work independently and manage a small team Passion for aesthetics and patient outcomes Ability to perform treatments independently and be the onsite clinical supervisor Join our team and help us elevate the standard of medical aesthetics and wellness in Arizona!6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
